The 4-6 year-old students (Tigers) meet for structured 30-minute classes offered twice per week. Key elements of each class include fitness activities, stretching, development of focus, and character-building sessions. Emphasis is on developing both gross and fine motor skills and self-control, while still maintaining a sense of having fun.

The 7-12 year-old students (Dragons) meet for 40-minute classes offered three times per week. These classes develop a higher level of cardio, strength-building, and stretching. The focus is on building a solid martial arts skill foundation. Students work with each other to encourage understanding of the purpose behind the movements.
The teens (13+) and adults meet together for one-hour classes offered three times per week. While still offering cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility drills in the warm-up sessions, instruction focuses on a deeper understanding of the material with a higher-level of technical execution expected. Teens should be prepared to step up to behavioral expectations, and adults are encouraged to help mentor the teens through this process.
